We want to acquire high quality and profitable manufacturing and service companies. We are looking for companies with revenues of $3 to $50 million and EBITDA of $1 to $5 million. We are interested in companies with potential for organic growth, sustainable competitive advantages, highly recurring revenue, and a strong operating margin profile.
